At Love the Heart – Lifesaving Education, we believe lifesaving skills belong in every home, workplace, and community. Emergencies can happen anywhere—and being prepared makes all the difference. Our mission is to provide approachable, hands-on training that empowers everyday people to step in and help when it matters most.
Founded in 2024, Love the Heart is a grassroots effort born from a passion for independence and a newfound excitement for emergency medicine. We offer American Heart Association–certified CPR, AED, and First Aid courses, as well as tailored programs for families, schools, and workplaces. Whether it’s a single class or ongoing training, we make lifesaving education accessible, practical, and engaging for all.
The HEART Truth
Globally, cardiac arrest claims more lives than colorectal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, influenza, pneumonia, auto accidents, HIV, firearms, and house fires combined.

About the Founder
Ranelle Moraski is a National Registry–certified EMT licensed in Nebraska and Iowa. She serves as a volunteer EMT with the Carter Lake Fire Department and teaches EMS skills at Iowa Western Community College, along with CPR courses at UNMC. She holds Instructor Certification from the National Association for EMS Educators and state endorsements as both an EMS Instructor and Evaluator.
With hands-on experience and a practical approach, Ranelle brings real-world emergency knowledge to every class. Love the Heart combines this expertise with a down-to-earth, approachable style, helping students of all ages gain the skills and confidence to step in and save lives.
